My name is Ashley Nicole Fowler, though most people simply know me as Ashley Nicole. I am the team lead for Team ANRG at NP Dodge, where I have the privilege of working alongside an incredible group of agents including Trista Beaudette, Hope Benne, TJ Bird, Jay Nemec, and Evelyn Martinez, along with our amazing admin team, Jessica and Brianna. One of the best parts of this business is building a team that genuinely cares about people and works together to create a positive experience for every client we serve.

I was licensed in September of 2006, which means I am now heading into my 20th year in real estate. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to help clients through all kinds of seasons in life — first homes, dream homes, growing families, downsizing, investments, relocations, and everything in between. Real estate has changed a lot over the years, but one thing that has never changed for me is the importance of relationships, communication, and treating people the way they deserve to be treated during one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

I have always believed that buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. My goal is to help clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported from beginning to end. I want people to feel like they have someone in their corner who is honest with them, communicates clearly, and truly cares long after the closing papers are signed.

Outside of real estate, I am married to a wonderful husband and we have three kids who keep life busy and full. Between family, leading a team, and being involved in the community, there is rarely a dull moment around here, and honestly, I would not have it any other way.
